What keeps you going on days you feel shitty about yourself? How do you bounce back?
Honestly? I tap into my anger. There’s a reason we feel bad about our bodies, and that reason is that it’s profitable. People are making money off of our despair. How is that fair or just or okay? It’s not. So when my body seems bad or wrong, I think, who profits from this feeling? Is this a system I want to support? How can I reject this feeling and choose something kinder for myself?
