Laura and I spent ages researching venues for the Exhale Retreat, and we’re so excited with the venue we found, Alderbrook Resort on Washington state’s lovely Hood Canal, part of Puget Sound.

No hotel offers perfect lodging for fat and superfat guests, but we think this is as close as it gets. I even went out in person earlier this year to hand-measure chairs, toilets, tubs and other spaces to make sure it’s as size-accessible as possible.
