It’s time to be seen.

As a fat photographer + body image coach – we know the complexity of emotions that come up behind the lens. And we are ready to show you HOW to move through this picture grief

Is this you:

  • When someone says, “let’s take a picture” you audibly grunt and run to the back of the group so you can hide your body…
  • You got professional headshots taken at work and you don’t want to open the file to see “how bad it is”…
  • You are *feeling yourself* and have a friend snap a few photos of youonly to look at it with disgust…
  • You look back at old photos and think, “ugh, if I just looked like that I wouldn’t hate my body so muchor you realize “I don’t know what I hated so much when I saw those photos, but I’d do anything to look like that now”.

This is what we call picture grief. And healing it is NOT just as simple as getting back in the photo.

It’s exploring the emotions connected to how you feel when you look at said photo.

It is strategizing for yourself how you can be seen without it rocking your nervous system.

It is learning to navigate emotion as information and not fact.

And this is exactly what we will help you do inside our joint master class: UNSEEN.

  • a brief exploration of the history of fatness
  • understanding how we are entangled in the westernized beauty standard
  • a framework to navigate the emotional experience of picture taking
  • practical steps to physically get back into pictures

Join Lindley Ashline + Bri Campos in this transformative masterclass as they dig deep into the emotional complexity and cultural layers of picture grief.
