In The Origins of the Feelings workshop, learn the surprising truth about body image and beauty, and what we can do about it.
On Saturday, January 20 at 4 pm Pacific time (PST), we’ll cover:
Is body image something we’re personally responsible for?
Why do we consider beauty, beautiful?
When we say “beautiful,” what do we really mean?
How do 600 years of history affect how we feel about our bodies today?
What are the rewards and consequences of beauty?
What can we do about all of this?
A recording will be sent out to everyone who signs up, so register even if you can’t make it and watch later at your convenience.
The workshop cost is $29; Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC); queer folks; disabled and neurodivergent folks; and people with hip measurements over 50β³ can take $10 off with code ORIGINEQUITY.
