A day in the life: Vashon Island, WA fat-positive small business branding photo session

Went out to Vashon for a client photo session today! I’d forgotten how lush and gorgeous Vashon is, and the state ferries are always fun to ride.

Found a nice little cafe and bakery for lunch, too!

No photo because I was driving, but just after I got off the ferry on the island, there was a young buck, antlers half-grown and fuzzy, browsing beside the road.

At the client’s home: nettles, woodpiles and an owl hooting in the drizzle.
