This work was created based on a healing journey taking place with and through the body, using the wisdom in our bones and bodies
This piece is about someone feeling their own freedom and how wide and expansive that feeling can be.
This piece is about the signals our bodies send us with pain signals, especially chronic pain. It’s an attempt to find compassion for our bodies and hear their message.
