Fat joy is precious, perfect and vital.
The world we live in encourages fat people not to feel joy, tells us we don’t deserve it, tries to steal it away.
But joy is our birthright and something that can never be stolen from us entirely. Even in the midst of oppression, we can find and hold moments of joy.
