Kayla (She/Her) is an Autistic, ADHD, Fat & Queer, Licensed Psychotherapist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. Through her content creation and advocacy efforts Kayla has become a go-to resource for body liberation.

Kayla’s lifelong experience in a fat body as well as over a decade in working with larger bodied clients has facilitated her education and specialization in Fat Trauma and Body Liberation.

Her commitment to dismantling anti-fatness in mental health motivates her advocacy work. The foundation of Kayla’s work focuses on social justice and how racism and ableism facilitates body oppression.
